RPI has been supporting the SC Office of Resilience on the remediation of the USS Yorktown since 2023, first during Phase I, where we completed an assessment of all contaminants and a plan for remediation to protect people and the environment. We are now nearly the end of Phase II, where nearly all of the bunker fuel, hydraulic oils, oily water, and other contaminants will be removed. We are excited to be part of this amazing effort.
